Shayne won the X Factor in 2005 - although it was touch and go for a while, when his mentor Louis Walsh temporarily quit the show after an on-air water-fight with fellow judge Sharon Osbourne.

The blue-eyed hunk, dubbed as the English version of Justin Timberlake, went straight to No 2 with his album 'Breathless' but didn't manage to knock X Factor rival Leona Lewis off the top spot.
