How stressed are you?

It's a fact that millions of Britons suffer from stress each and every year. Many feel the pressures of their jobs threatening to engulf them, and new research from the University of Stockholm has unveiled a surprising solution.

A new study has revealed that stressed workers should vent their anger towards their boss as those who suffer in silence (aka "covert copers") are twice as likely to suffer a heart attack or die from heart disease in later life.

While shouting at the head of your workplace may not be a great career move, putting your frustrations into words is.

But are you the super-stressed type or hopelessly laid-back? Have a go at our test to find out.
